Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customers, serving as their main point of contact
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure their success
- Provide product training and support to customers to help them maximize the value of our solutions
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalations in a timely manner
- Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM system
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2 years of experience in customer success or account management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus
