Enrollment Team Member

Our company Atlantis Promotions is expanding and seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a full-time Enrollment Team Member! As an Enrollment Team Member, you will play an important role in building strong customer connections, supporting sales efforts and representing trusted telecommunications solutions through our Verizon campaign. The Enrollment Team Member team focuses on delivering a professional and positive experience while introducing customers to reliable Verizon services.

The Enrollment Team Member position is ideal for people who enjoy working with people and developing long-term relationships. Every Enrollment Team Member is responsible for understanding customer needs, explaining Verizon offerings, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the interaction. A successful Enrollment Team Member is personable, detail-oriented and motivated to provide value through customized Verizon solutions.

Responsibilities of an Enrollment Team Member:

• Interact face to face with customers to promote Verizon services and complete sales
• Provide professional and attentive support as an Enrollment Team Member
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Assist with account setup, upgrades, and general support
• Collaborate with the Enrollment Team Member team to meet performance goals
• Build lasting relationships that encourage customer loyalty and retention

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or client relations preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and desire to succeed as an Enrollment Team Member within a Verizon campaign

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
