Atlantis Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry is a modern, family-centered practice in Dublin, CA. We are looking for a Scheduling & Financial Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both patient interaction and the financial side of dentistry, including insurance, billing, and treatment coordination.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the daily schedule for our orthodontic and pediatric dental providers
- Schedule new patient exams, treatment appointments, and recall visits
- Confirm appointments and help minimize schedule gaps
- Answer phones and assist patients with professionalism and warmth
- Welcome patients and create an outstanding first impression
- Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits
- Prepare treatment estimates and review financial arrangements with patients
- Collect patient payments and process transactions accurately
- Submit insurance claims and assist with claim follow-up and accounts receivable
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims and benefits
- Review patient accounts and help resolve billing questions
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Work closely with our doctors and clinical team to ensure an efficient and positive patient experience
Qualifications
- Previous dental front office experience required
- Experience with dental insurance verification and billing preferred
- Knowledge of orthodontic financial arrangements is a plus
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable using dental practice management software

Schedule
- Full-time preferred (Part-time considered for the right candidate)
- Monday–Thursday, with occasional Fridays or Saturdays as needed
