Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Delivery Driver / Warehouse Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate must be comfortable driving a 26-foot box truck, making deliveries in the Boston area, and navigating tight locations safely and efficiently. This position also requires warehouse responsibilities when not completing deliveries.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a 26-foot box truck safely and professionally. Must have experience with lift gates
- Pre-load trucks daily for scheduled deliveries
- Deliver materials and equipment to job site locations
- Drive regularly throughout the Boston through New Hampshire area, including tight and congested locations
- Load and unload materials safely
- Lift and move materials ranging from 20–75 lbs
- Use pallet jacks and hand trucks regularly
- Assist with warehouse duties including receiving, stocking, organizing, and preparing orders
- Run company errands and assist with additional duties as assigned
- Maintain cleanliness of warehouse and delivery vehicles
- Complete routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns
- Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations
- Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
- DOT Medical Card required
- 2–3 years of delivery driving experience preferred
- Experience operating a 26-foot box truck required
- Must be comfortable driving in Boston and tight delivery areas
- Ability to lift 20–75 lbs consistently
- Comfortable using pallet jacks and hand trucks
- Flexible schedule and willingness to assist where needed
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Warehouse experience preferred
- Must be able to pass a background check
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
