Responsibilities
- Raise and maintain Atlantis Guest Service skills to establish four-star standards
- Increase Hotel revenue through commissionable opportunities
- Work in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Maintains a polite and professional demeanor at all times
- Retrieve reservations in the computer, verifying special requests and accommodations, programming room keys, completing and filing registration cards, calculating room charges, making approved changes to guests' accounts, and collecting payment for all charges incurred
- Handling guests' mail, recording guests' comments, and restocking supplies
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must also be able to handle large amounts of currency accurately and efficiently
- Ability to communicate effectively in a positive/upbeat fashion
- Have interpersonal skills with focused attention to guest needs to deal effectively with all business contacts.
- Must adhere to all appearance standards, including but not limited to no "visible" tattoos/piercings or unnatural hair colors. ***
