Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain casino floors, restrooms, lobbies, entrances, hallways, elevators, and other public areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish assigned areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenishing supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue.
• Respond promptly to spills, safety hazards, and guest service requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of gaming areas while minimizing disruption to guests.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or safety concerns to management.
• Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Follow all company policies, departmental procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Provide courteous and professional service to guests and team members at all times.
• Assist with special cleaning projects and deep cleaning assignments as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Must be able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and reaching.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced casino environment.
