AtlantiCare, southeastern New Jersey’s largest health system and a Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award recipient, is seeking a compassionate, collaborative Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our employed, multi-specialty Women’s Health team. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice full-scope midwifery in a progressive, patient-centered environment aligned with AtlantiCare’s Vision 2030 and commitment to clinical excellence, innovation, and community well-being.
Practice Highlights & Innovations
- Lead Midwife Stipend - $10K
- Full-scope midwifery care including prenatal, labor and delivery, postpartum, and gynecologic services
- Practice in both ambulatory and hospital-based settings
- New Medical Arts Pavilion at the Atlantic City campus featuring:
- Planned Parenthood
- Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM)
- Safe Beginnings Program
- Centering for Childbirth
- Level III NICU
- Call schedule 1:7 with nurse triage support (average 1–2 calls per week)
- Teaching opportunities available if desired
- Cerner EMR system
