We need a Head of GTM who lives in the intersection of product, sales, and hustle.
The Role
You'll run outreach, own the pipeline, join customer calls, and help close. No bureaucracy. No
manager. Just you, the founders, and real targets.
What You'll Do
- Own the sales pipeline end to end, from outreach to close
- Run and refine outbound campaigns
- Join customer calls and demos alongside the founders
- Turn customer conversations into insights that shape the product
- Build the GTM playbook in SF from scratch
What We're Looking For
- B2B sales or GTM experience at an early-stage startup
- Can demo a technical product without breaking a sweat
- Knows SF's startup ecosystem
- Hungry, commission structure on top of base
- Wants equity and real ownership, not just a salary
