Job Description:
As an In-Store Surveyor, you’ll be stationed inside a Home Depot location, where your main responsibility is to engage shoppers and ask them a few quick questions about their home water quality. Using a simple script and survey form, you’ll help identify customers who may benefit from a free in-home water test.
There’s no selling involved—just friendly conversations, surveys, and lead collection. Every time one of your surveys turns into an in-home demo or a sale, you earn a bonus. If you're outgoing, reliable, and enjoy helping people, this is one of the easiest ways to make $18–$25 /hr.
Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Approach customers in Home Depot with a warm, friendly attitude.
Introduce our company and ask a short series of questions about their home water quality.
Survey Completion:
Collect responses using a tablet or form provided.
Encourage interested shoppers to sign up for a free in-home water test (no purchase required).
Lead Handoff:
Submit completed surveys to our appointment setting team for follow-up.
Ensure customer information is accurate and complete.
Product Knowledge:
Understand the basics of water quality concerns (e.g. hard water, odor, discoloration).
Be able to answer general questions and explain the benefits of testing.
Professionalism & Growth:
Represent Atlantic Water Products with a positive, polished presence.
Participate in occasional team training sessions to sharpen your communication skills.
