Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Outside Commercial Sales Representative. In this role, you will play a key part in business development with key accounts, fostering relationships with decision-makers, and driving sales growth within the turf product lineup.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target key accounts for business development in the designated region.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in the turf product lineup, including Commercial Mowers, Compact Tractors, Utility Vehicles, Compact Construction Equipment, and Residential Turf Products.
Serve as a key partner to accounts in the assigned area, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling John Deere turf products and aftermarket services.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
