Our company is rapidly growing, and we are seeking an experienced Title Processor and or Closing Agent to join our team. The Title Insurance Processor and or Closing Agent is responsible for coordinating and clearing all aspects of the real estate process. This role ensures the accurate and timely preparation, title clearing, execution, and recording of all documents necessary to complete a property transfer or refinance. Acts as the primary liaison between buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and underwriters, ensuring compliance with all title, escrow, and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have at minimum 3 to 5 years' experience working in the title insurance industry. New Jersey Title Insurance Producer License is preferred.
