What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse / Inside Sales Support position at Atlantic Solutions?
Support the sales and service staff by researching products, placing product orders, pulling and checking customer orders, answering phones, submitting service requests, and communicating about service jobs. This position also includes keeping up with inventory levels, loading and unloading trucks, communicating with vendors, shipping out UPS packages, and maintaining general organization.
Requirements: Swimming pool industry experience is preferred but not required. Customer service experience and strong communication skills are required. We are seeking someone with a strong work ethic and an attitude to make things happen and get the job done. We are looking for someone with high energy and someone that loves to interact with people. We will train on the job and offer a free Certified Pool Operator Certification class. Current schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Must be able to pass a driving and background check.
