Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking additional technicians to build electrical equipment for law enforcement and military use following step by step diagrams ensuring quality as well as consistency. Repair/diagnose product that fails the company's QC/QA Program. Must be able to work well in a team driven environment. Have the ability to maintain a clean and safe workstation. Perform related duties as assigned by your supervisor. Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal staff and external customers. Technical skills and/or prior soldering skills preferred but not required. Computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook). Must be able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary attention to detail. Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices. High School diploma or GED required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform the essential job functions consistently safely and successfully. Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance. Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly to/with co-workers. Communicate well with others.
