Hourly employees will receive:
- 1.5x Holiday Pay
- 1.5x Overtime Pay for every hour worked over 40 hours per week
Full-time employees are also eligible for:
- Generous PTO for full-time employees beginning with a maximum of 104 hours annually

Position Summary: The Nail Technician, in accordance with established policies and procedures and/or specific instructions, is responsible for specializing in nails according to latest style, period, or character portrayal, following instructions of patron, make-up artist, or script, by performing the following duties.
- Analyzes nails to ascertain condition of nails and determine nail requirements.
- Studies features of patron and arranges, shapes, and trims nails to achieve desired effect.
- Cleans, shapes, and polishes fingernails and toenails.
- Creates new style especially for patron.
- Suggests cosmetics for conditions such as dry or oily skin and applies lotions and creams to customer's nails to soften skin and lubricate tissues.
- Maintains a sanitized work station and tools.
Education and/or Experience: One year certificate from college or technical school; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must maintain a current Virginia Nail Technician license.
- Ability to act in a resident’s best interest and make responsible choices and decisions.
- Ability to work as a team with a positive attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
- Organization and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office: Windows, Outlook, and Excel) and the ability to learn new applications.

Salary : $20 - $24
