Hairstylist

Are you an experienced Hairstylist who thrives on creating beautiful styles to compliment the clients’ attributes, and loves interacting with others and providing exceptional service. If you are self-motivated, energetic, positive, goal-oriented and have a current cosmetology license, then we want to hear from you.

Additional compensation includes:

• Generous PTO beginning with a maximum of 104 hours annually

Position Summary: The Hairstylist is responsible for providing an excellent salon experience for each resident by dressing hair according to individual style, taste, or request of the patron.

• Communicates with residents to schedule and meet their styling expectations.
• Provides full-service salon treatments such as: hair color, bleach, tint, perms, shampoo, blow-dry, cut/trim, styling, neck or face massage, eyebrow treatments, waxing, etc.
• Ensures the sanitization of the salon.

Education and/or Experience: One year certificate from college or technical school; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Maintain a 2 year Cosmopolitan License.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Mindset for teamwork with a positive attitude.
• Experience with seniors preferred.
