**This is a seasonal position that will end in September 2026.
Full-time, Monday – Friday, typical hours of 8am -4:30pm.

Position Summary: The Housekeeper is responsible for the cleanliness of the residential apartments and the facility common areas, in accordance with established policies and procedures. The Housekeeper performs general housekeeping in all common areas, guest rooms, residential laundries, indoor and outdoor activity areas, etc. The Housekeeper performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Communicates and works as a team to maintain the cleanliness of resident areas while respecting personal property and space.
- Vacuums, mops, dusts, cleans, and disinfects bathrooms/kitchens, cleans windows, carpets, and baseboards, doors, and furnishing, empties trash bins, and other tasks as requested by supervisor.
- Keeps fresh linens, towels, and cleaning supplies stocked.
- Uses a high level of detail while cleaning and adheres to sanitation and safety procedures.
Education and/or Experience: Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to professionally interact with residents, coworkers, and housekeeping team members.
- Organization and time-management skills.
- Must have reliable transportation to work and be punctual.
- Positive attitude and teamwork.
