What You’ll Do
Sales & Customer Service
- Assist customers in person and by phone to rent units and answer questions
- Meet sales goals through effective communication and follow-up
- Maintain a welcoming, helpful, and professional environment
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Prepare bank deposits and track property data
- Follow up on late accounts per company policy
- Keep the office, units, and property clean and safe
- Perform light maintenance and custodial duties
- Conduct regular property inspections and restock supplies
- Assist the Resident Storage Expert as needed
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Represent the brand in a professional, positive manner
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Friendly, professional appearance and attitude
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods
