Role Description The Sales, Marketing & Billing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in East Brunswick, NJ. This position manages daily coordination between sales, marketing, and billing activities, supporting business operations and customer service. Key responsibilities include preparing and processing invoices, maintaining billing records, and working within billing systems to ensure accuracy and timely payments. The role also involves assisting with sales inquiries, preparing quotes, coordinating consignment and trade documentation, and supporting marketing efforts such as updating website listings, creating basic promotional materials, and maintaining customer databases. The Coordinator interacts regularly with customers, vendors, and internal team members to ensure clear communication, smooth transactions, and efficient administrative support.
Qualifications
- Strong billing-related capabilities, including Billing Process, Invoicing, and familiarity with Billing Systems.
- Solid Analytical Skills to review data, verify accuracy of invoices, and support pricing and sales decisions.
- Strong Communication skills to interact with customers, vendors, and internal teams in a professional manner.
- Experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative coordination, preferably in automotive, industrial, or related fields.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email, and basic CRM tools).
