Responsibilities
- Safely operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks and pallet jacks, to load, unload, and move products within the warehouse
- Assist with order picking and packing using warehouse management systems (WMS) to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Stock shelves and organize inventory using proper storage techniques, including palletizing and shelving standards
- Prepare shipments by labeling packages correctly, sealing boxes, and coordinating with shipping carriers for timely dispatch
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies using MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems
- Support shipping & receiving processes by inspecting incoming goods, recording deliveries, and managing outbound shipments
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment adhering to safety protocols and warehouse procedures
Qualifications
- Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution environments is preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire
- Experience operating reach trucks, pallet jacks.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory, measuring packages, and handling documentation accurately
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods, and load & unload activities
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for stocking and order picking tasks
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures and e-commerce order fulfillment processes is a plus

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
