Atlantic Restaurant & Supermarket Equipment is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities for our growing distribution and restaurant equipment businesses.
Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger and maintain accurate accounting records
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
- Manage month-end closing and prepare financial statements
- Review inventory and COGS accounting
- Coordinate with outside CPA
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- 5 years of accounting experience
- Strong QuickBooks and Excel skills
- Experience with month-end closing and financial statements
- Inventory/COGS accounting experience
- Distribution, wholesale, importing, or similar industry experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the accounting process
Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
