The Ideal Candidate Must Be Able To
- Manage all operations of the property in accordance with the policies and procedures of the company.
- Recruit, hire, train and manage the performance of associates to ensure achievement of performance goals.
- Demonstrate ability to understand and accomplish financial goals and report on the financial performance of the asset.
- Prepare annual budgets timely and accurately.
- Knowledgeable of market conditions and ability to make recommendations to optimize performance to remain competitive in the submarket.
- Proven work experience as a Property Manager.
- Other duties as assigned.
