This is a friendly, customer-facing role—Your primary responsibility will be engaging customers and inviting them to enter a $2,500 Sweepstakes Drawing—no selling required, just creating interest and generating leads!
What You'll Do
- Greet and engage customers inside The Home Depot
- Start upbeat conversations and build quick rapport
- Introduce our $2,500 Sweepstakes opportunity
- Connect interested customers with our inside sales team by phone
- Represent the company with professionalism, confidence, and energy
- Work with your team to reach daily lead goals
What We’re Looking For
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
- Friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
- Retail, customer service, or sales experience is helpful, but not required
