Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Cashier/Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations. Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly professional demeanor with exceptional customer service skills
- Organize and maintain the cash box daily, petty cash, and provide daily deposit slips for the bank
- Receive cash & credit card payments, must be able count and reconcile cash
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Assist with office management duties, including ordering supplies for all branches
- Provide administrative support to inside sales staff as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, deliver to proper department
- Ensure the front desk area, office space and conference rooms is clean & organized
Skills:
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Assist Warehouse and Accounts Payable Dept. receiving paperwork daily for processing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
This position requires the ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time as well as the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. While mainly standard hours are scheduled for this position, 7AM-5PM, Mon-Fri. Flexibility at times may be required to ensure all job duties are completed by end of shift. Saturday rotation of staff may be required at times, 8AM - 1PM, overtime is required for this role.
