Experienced Valet Manager – Luxury Condo / Hotel
We are seeking an experienced Valet Manager to oversee valet operations at a high-end condominium/hotel. This is a full-time position for a professional with strong leadership skills, valet experience, and a customer-service mindset.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Explain valet procedures, pricing, and provide directions when needed.
- Inspect vehicles upon arrival and accurately document any pre-existing damage.
- Issue valet tickets, collect fees, and ensure accurate cash handling.
- Safely operate and park vehicles in designated valet areas.
- Accurately tag, label, log, and secure vehicle keys.
- Manage the valet podium, keys, and daily operations.
- Direct traffic within the parking area and assist guests entering or exiting the facility.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of parking areas at all times.
- Enforce and actively participate in company safety procedures and training.
- Prepare and complete incident and claim reports when required.
- Immediately report all incidents to upper management.
- Perform basic math without the use of a calculator.
- Organize, file, and maintain paperwork related to vehicles, claims, and daily transactions.
- Wear company uniform, name tag, and maintain a professional appearance at every shift.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Management & Leadership Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and motivate valet staff to ensure high performance.
- Schedule and manage team coverage to meet operational needs.
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain strong communication with property management and internal teams.
- Oversee daily reporting, cash controls, and operational accuracy.
- Assist with onboarding, coaching, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Experience with ADP or payroll systems is a plus, including timekeeping and team management.
Qualifications
- Previous valet management experience required (luxury hotel or condo preferred).
- Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Payroll or scheduling experience (ADP preferred).
- Must be reliable and able to commute to shifts on time.
