Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Nitrogen Pump Operator to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining nitrogen pumping equipment used in oil and gas processes. Responsibilities
- Operate nitrogen pumps and related heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites and pipeline projects.
- Monitor pressure levels, flow rates, and system gauges to ensure optimal performance during nitrogen transfer operations.
- Conduct routine inspections of pump systems, hoses, valves, and safety devices to identify and address potential issues proactively.
- Assist with rigging, setup, and breakdown of pumping equipment in compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
- Maintain accurate logs of pump operation data, maintenance activities, and safety checks for compliance purposes.
- Follow OSHA regulations and company safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
Requirements
- Experience with operating nitrogen pumper units
- Mechanical knowledge related to pump systems
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with experience driving tankers
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards applicable to construction sites and industrial operations.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy equipment and working in outdoor conditions.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Pay: $24.00 - $36.00 per hour
