• Schedule: M-F, 8am-4:30pm

Requirements

• Assignment length: Minimum 6 mths-12 mths
  
• BE/BC - Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Med/Peds
  
• One active, unrestricted state medical license
  
• Current DEA
  
• 3 Current References
