This individual will bring a data- and KPI-driven approach to decision-making, using performance insights to establish priorities, measure outcomes, and drive accountability. • Serves as the primary operational liaison with the outsourced billing partner to address payer issues, workflow gaps, denial trends, reimbursement delays, and improvement opportunities.
  • Ensures compliance with payer requirements, Medicare regulations, coding guidelines, documentation standards, refund requirements, timely filing rules, and organizational policies.
  • Leads cross-functional initiatives, workflow redesign, technology and automation implementations, practice integrations, new service launches, and other revenue cycle optimization efforts.
  • Communicates effectively and continuously educates to engage AMI team members in the revenue cycle functions and impacts at AMI.
