This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced pharmaceutical or medical sales professional with a strong track record in gastroenterology, oncology, or genetic testing sales to join an organization known for its positive culture and ongoing expansion.
Position Overview:
The GI Genetic Testing Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence within the assigned territory. This role requires a motivated, strategic sales professional with a solid understanding of complex disease states and the GI marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong sales performance within the assigned territory.
- Increase the number of new accounts utilizing the company’s genetic testing services.
- Manage territory efficiently while executing effective sales strategies.
- Create and implement a tactical territory business plan to optimize product utilization and budget resources.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including academic medical centers and teaching hospitals.
Qualifications:
- Comprehensive knowledge of complex diseases and markets, with specific experience calling on Gastroenterologists and GI Suites.
- Minimum of 3 years of successful territory and account management experience.
- Proven track record of consistently strong sales performance in clinical product promotion.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: Open, commensurate with experience
- Bonus Potential: $50K at plan — uncapped
