What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Atlantic Management Hotels?
Pay is hourly and based upon experience. Experience in hotels preferred but not required. Essential duties are to fix items in guest rooms including HVAC units, door locks, patching drywall holes and cracks, hanging curtain rods, fixing door handles, painting, etc. Also regular preventative maintenance like clean A/C filters and bath fans, take care of the outdoor pool (will train), light grounds work such as trash removal, blow off walkways, keep things tidy. Must be outgoing and good with guests. Must have Drivers license and reliable transportation and be able to lift 50 lbs.

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, your role involves utilizing core skills in mechanical knowledge, schematics, and facilities maintenance to perform repairs and preventive maintenance. Your premium skills in programmable logic controllers and electrical experience will enhance our operational efficiency. Additionally, your relevant skills in customer service and leadership will foster a collaborative environment.
