We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented full time Collections and Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team! The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily Data Entry, Collection procedures, and other office activities.
Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable
- Daily Data Entry
- Bank Deposits
- Job Costing
- Assist with Audits
- Reconciliations
- Interface with CPA
Requirements:
- QuickBooks Experience
- Microsoft Office Experience
- 1-2 Years of Bookkeeping Experience
- Billing Experience
- Bank Reconciliation Experience
- Invoicing Experience
- Performing Daily Office Operations
- Background Check
- Well Organized, Accurate and Ability to Work Independently
