Job Summary:
The Assistant High School Wrestling Coach supports the Head Coach in leading and developing the school’s wrestling program. This role helps student-athletes improve their wrestling skills, maintain good sportsmanship, and balance athletics with academics. The assistant coach helps plan practices, supervise athletes, and assist during competitions.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Head Coach with planning and running daily practices.

Teach wrestling techniques, conditioning, and match strategy.

Help supervise student-athletes during practices, meets, and team activities.

Promote good sportsmanship, teamwork, and discipline.

Ensure athletes follow school policies and safety guidelines.

Assist with match preparation, equipment setup, and travel to competitions.

Qualifications:
