Atlantic Rehabilitation offers comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, audiology, wound care management and more. All of which are provided by a highly trained staff comprised of physiatrists; internists; physician assistants; nurse practitioners; rehabilitation nurses; physical, occupational, and recreational therapists; speech-language pathologists; social workers; psychologists; vocational rehabilitation counselors; dieticians; audiologists; and care managers.

- Support rehab diagnoses and adapt care plans as needed
- Evaluate outpatients with orthopedic conditions.
- Design and implement PT plan of care.
- Provide evidence-based interventions.
- Document all encounters in the electronic medical record.
- Complies with departmental policies/practices.
- Maintains patient safety, provides patient/family/caregiver education.
- Works cohesively in a team setting.
Minimum Education:
- Graduate of an accredited PT program
- 2-3 years working in an outpatient department preferred
