The Team Member Resources Specialist provides exceptional customer service by serving as the tier one point of contact for team member and manager inquiries regarding policies, processes, and programs across a broad range of HR topics, including but not limited to team member Onboarding, Payroll, Retirement, Timekeeping, and Benefits. The TMR Specialist provides team member experience-focused, responsive, and consistent HR services to managers, team members and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support to team member and manager populations on a broad scope of HR and Benefit related inquiries.- Provide accurate, consistent, and timely responses regarding HR related questions and issues with the goal to resolve at the first initial call and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Resolve inquiries in alignment with established Service Level Agreements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues from varying ranges using knowledge of HR policies and procedures, HR systems, and internal HR business processes.
- Consistently track cases using Cherwell or HR Helpdesk. Ensure a complete record of history of the inquiry from initial request through resolution.
- Provide support for the deployment and management of HR Programs including leave of Absence, Open Enrollment, and other projects needed. Act as Team member Resource Center Subject Matter Expert for assigned discipline(s).
- Act as internal TMR escalation point and ensure appropriate knowledge transfer to other TMR Specialists.
- Escalate high-level inquiries by engaging with and assisting the appropriate Centers of Excellence. Collaborate with Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners to support the resolution of complex or sensitive cases.
- Partner with other internal departments such as HRTECH, Payroll, Finance, IT, Security, Benefits and Retirement Services to ensure data accuracy and drive team member experience through continuous improvement Support the ongoing development and improvement of HR Communication Resources to better serve team members. Seek opportunities for continuous improvement of internal processes, training, and collaboration with partners.
- Educate team members and managers on HR resources available to them and encourage the use of self-service tools such as, Knowledge Management, AskHR, Oracle Guided Learning, Oracle Digital Assistant and more.
Physical and Sensory Requirements:
Sitting for up to 8 hours per day, 4 hours at a time, frequently uses fingers for typing, data entry, etc. Frequent use of hands; uses upper extremities to rarely lift to 10 pounds. Occasionally stoops, bends or reaches above shoulder level. Hearing as it relates to normal conversation, seeing as it relates to general vision, near vision, peripheral vision, and vision monotony.
Education:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
Training and Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources in either a customer-focused role or HR discipline.
