Job Overview
We are currently looking for a new candidate to take over our Preschool and Recreational program management.
Responsibilities
- Manage current recreational gymnastics lessons tailored to different age groups and skill levels
- Ensure proper techniques for basic gymnastics movements
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times, including proper spotting and use of equipment
- Manage behavior effectively to maintain a positive and inclusive class atmosphere
- Communicate clearly with participants and parents
- Assist with setting up equipment, cleaning the training area, and maintaining a safe environment
Experience
- Prior coaching experience in gymnastics or other youth sports is desirable
- Experience working with children or in childcare settings preferred
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques to support positive learning experiences
