Job Overview – Tenant Services Coordinator (Temporary):

Compensation: $18 – $20/hour

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Schedule: Monday to Friday (In-Office)

Atlantic Group is hiring a Tenant Services Coordinator (Temporary) in Philadelphia, PA, with our client. In this role, you’ll support daily building operations, tenant communication, and administrative functions for a commercial property. You will manage work orders, track insurance compliance, and assist with vendor coordination using tools like Yardi and AvidXchange. Ideal for administrative professionals interested in commercial real estate or property management.

Responsibilities as the Tenant Services Coordinator:

• Tenant Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for calls, emails, and front-desk inquiries, ensuring timely and professional tenant support.
• Work Order Management: Open, monitor, and track work orders to ensure prompt completion and clear documentation.
• Building Operations: Conduct routine building inspections and support daily operational needs for the commercial property.
• Compliance Tracking: Maintain insurance compliance records and follow up with tenants and vendors for required documentation.
• Vendor & Invoice Support: Assist with service contracts, coordinate vendor access, and support invoice coding and billing processes.

Qualifications for the Tenant Services Coordinator:

• Experience: 1-3 years of administrative or customer service experience, ideally within commercial property management or real estate.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in Yardi and AvidXchange strongly preferred.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of property management workflows, building operations, or tenant relations preferred.
• Skills & Attributes: Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills with a customer-service mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
