- Lead full-lifecycle talent acquisition for a broad and fast-moving portfolio of lateral hires across multiple business functions
- Apply rigorous candidate evaluation across craft excellence, leadership maturity, values fit, and long-term trajectory
- Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring partners, driving clarity on hiring goals, process design, and delivery timing
- Coach interviewers to assess role-specific capabilities with discipline, including shaping bespoke competency frameworks where needed
- Act as the connective tissue between candidates, business leaders, HR partners, and external search firms, ensuring aligned execution
- Structure and deliver recurring hiring analytics, trend insights, and stakeholder updates with predictable cadence
- Design and commercialize third-party recruiting engagements, including vendor selection, contract shaping, and terms negotiation
- Contribute to special initiatives across HR infrastructure, hiring operations, and process optimization as business needs evolve
Core Requirements
- 5 years recruiting lateral talent within financial services ecosystems (asset management, private markets, fintech, investment banking, or executive search)
- Proven range across technical and commercial roles, including investment teams, risk and control functions, engineering, research, and business-side mandates
- Working fluency in buy-side compensation mechanics (base/bonus, carry, equity, and structured incentive models)
