This role will manage a team responsible for trade lifecycle processing, settlements, reconciliations, and operational controls while partnering closely with investment, risk, technology, and finance teams. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team responsible for post-trade operations
- Oversee trade lifecycle activities including settlements, reconciliations, and exception management
- Serve as an escalation point for complex operational issues
- Partner with internal stakeholders to improve workflows and controls
- Drive automation and process improvement initiatives
- Monitor operational risk and ensure adherence to internal procedures
- Support onboarding of new products, counterparties, and business initiatives
Ideal Background
- 10 years of operations or middle office experience within financial services
- Prior people management or team leadership experience
- Strong understanding of trade lifecycle processes and operational controls
