Key Responsibilities
- Calculate and review management and performance fees, including both standard and complex structures.
- Support the computation of investment returns for hedge funds, mutual funds, long-only, and commingled strategies in line with industry best practices.
- Enhance and maintain processes that improve accuracy, scalability, and control across performance and fee reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with investment, business development, operations, and compliance teams to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Liaise with external verification providers to maintain accurate and timely composite reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience within asset management, fund administration, or financial services.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel proficiency; familiarity with financial or performance systems preferred.
