Responsibilities
- Maintain and update portfolio KPI dashboards (monthly/quarterly), ensuring accuracy across revenue, EBITDA, cash flow, and key operating metrics.
- Aggregate and validate financial and operational data from portfolio companies and maintain a centralized, audit-ready reporting repository.
- Develop and refine standardized reporting templates in partnership with the investment team.
- Support the Deal Intelligence Platform by structuring, tagging, and maintaining deal and portfolio data across pipeline and active investments.
- Assist with investment team workflows including IC materials, platform testing, documentation, and evaluation of new data tools and automation solutions.
Key Qualifications:
- 5 - 10 years experience within portfolio monitoring/ performance reporting from a PE fund or a deal advisory professional from consulting
