Title: Controller - Management Company

Reporting to: COO/CFO

Job Description:

• Lead daily accounting and operations, including month-end close.
• Oversee fund revenue activity and ensure accurate fee and expense allocations across funds and the management company.
• Support the preparation and analysis of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Work closely with the Fund Controller to deliver timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures.
• Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cross-department collaboration to maintain high-quality financial data.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and audit processes.

Requirements:

• 7 years of management company accounting at an investment management firm
• Public accounting experience is desirable
• CPA Licensed or parts passed
