Executive Assistant, Office of the CFO
Location: Mid Town, New York City (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Compensation: Up to $130,000 Base Bonus
About the Role
A leading NYC-based private credit investment firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Office of the CFO. This is a newly created seat on their administrative team and offers the opportunity to serve as the right hand to a senior finance leader while contributing to broader firmwide initiatives.
You'll primarily support the CFO with complex calendar management, scheduling, travel, and administrative coordination, while also jumping in to assist other senior leaders on the non-investment side of the business. As part of a collaborative five-person administrative team, you'll also contribute to firmwide projects — including coordination of our upcoming annual investor day.

What You'll Do
Executive Support for the CFO
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for the CFO
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Provide comprehensive administrative support including expense management and correspondence
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and communications as needed
- Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
Broader Team Support
- Jump in to support other senior leaders on the non-investment side of the business, including IR, operations, and other functional heads
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings and initiatives
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Firmwide Projects & Office Initiatives
- Contribute to major firm initiatives, including coordination and execution of the annual investor day
- Collaborate with the four-person administrative team on ad hoc projects
- Support general office and administrative needs as they arise
- Partner with fellow EAs and admins to ensure seamless coverage and execution across the firm
Qualifications
- 3 years of executive assistant experience
- Financial services experience preferred (private equity, private credit, hedge funds, investment banking, or similar)
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Polished, professional demeanor with the ability to interact confidently with senior executives, investors, and external partners
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues across the admin team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential information
- Self-motivated with a proactive, service-oriented approach
