A growing financial services organization is hiring Entry-Level Coordinators to join their team in Fort Washington. These roles are a great opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience and grow within a stable company that promotes from within.

Ideal candidates are recent college graduates (Liberal Arts, Communications, Business, or similar) who are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and looking for a long-term career path—not just a first job.

Responsibilities will vary slightly by team and may include:

• Processing and tracking insurance claims and policy servicing activities
• Reviewing policy requirements and ensuring records are accurately maintained in internal systems
• Entering, updating, and managing data within tracking platforms
• Preparing and distributing reports and claims-related communications
• Communicating with insurance carriers to obtain and update policy information
• Processing policy changes, documentation, and ongoing servicing requests
• Managing incoming mail and policy documents, including scanning, filing, and routing correspondence
• Drafting templated letters and basic communications to policyholders or families
• Supporting general administrative, reporting, and document processing tasks

What They’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree required (recent grads encouraged to apply)
• GPA 3.0 or higher
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Interest in insurance, operations, or financial services
• Comfortable working onsite (possibility of WFH over time)
• Mortgage, business, or customer service backgrounds a plus
