Job Overview – DealCloud Consultant (Temporary)

Compensation: $100/hour

Location: Stamford, CT

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Atlantic Group is hiring a DealCloud Consultant (Temporary) in Stamford, CT for our client, supporting CRM implementation, system optimization, and data management within an investment management environment. In this temporary role, you will enhance DealCloud usage, improve workflows and reporting, and partner with stakeholders to drive adoption and scalable CRM solutions.

Responsibilities as the DealCloud Consultant:

• System Implementation: Lead configuration and expansion of DealCloud across investment and investor relations teams.
• Workflow Optimization: Design and implement workflows to improve data capture, organization, and usability.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with investment, IR, and operations teams to gather requirements and align system functionality.
• Data Management: Standardize and structure data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reporting efficiency.
• Reporting & Analytics: Build dashboards and reporting tools within DealCloud to support decision-making.
  
  

Qualifications for the DealCloud Consultant:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: 5 years of experience implementing or optimizing DealCloud within investment management or financial services environments.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of investment workflows, investor relations processes, and CRM usage within private equity, credit, or asset management.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with DealCloud configuration, CRM systems, and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Skills & Attributes: Demonstrates strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
