What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Lines Account Manager position at Atlantic Group?
The Commercial Lines Select Account Manager is responsible for servicing a designated segment of Commercial Lines accounts that generates more than $1,000 in agency commission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming client calls assigned to the Select Business Preferred Team.
- Assist clients with questions regarding their accounts.
- Manage all client interactions from start to finish, leaving activities open until the client’s request is fully completed.
- Conduct annual reviews on a selected number of accounts. (Est.14 per month with an estimated 50% to 60% contact rate)
- Report and manage any claims assigned to the Select Business Team.
- Submit all changes accurately and promptly to the Commercial Lines Support Team for processing.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver the best client experience possible.
- All incoming correspondence for Select Preferred Clients will be handled by the Account Manager assigned on the renewal of that account, for a better balance of workload.
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
