Client Service Associate - Financial Services

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service via phone, email, and in-person communication
• Support day-to-day operations, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and responding to client inquiries
• Assist with all aspects of account administration
• Open and maintain investment accounts
• Process transfers, rollovers, contributions, and distributions
• Execute money movement requests and ensure compliance with firm policies and industry regulations
• Collaborate closely with advisors and operations staff to ensure accurate and timely execution of client requests
• Maintain organized and up-to-date client records in CRM and custodial platforms
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in client service or administrative support role, preferably in financial services or investment management
• Familiarity with investment products, account types (e.g., IRAs, brokerage accounts), and general financial terminology is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
