We’re seeking a Billing Assistant to support the Accounting Manager with daily and monthly accounting tasks, on a temp to perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity to play an important role in maintaining accurate billing processes and supporting the financial health of our organization. Responsibilities:
- Enter and post invoices accurately and promptly
- Match Bills of Lading to invoices and verify accuracy
- Communicate with customers to resolve invoice discrepancies
- Assist with month-end closings and related accounting tasks
- Maintain organized records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in administration related to accounting, finance, and/or billing
- Proficiency in accounting software preferred
- Ability to work 100% on site in Delaware County, Pennsylvania
