What You’ll Do
Drive Strategic Financial Insight
- Translate business strategy into clear financial direction and decision support
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, including scenario modeling
- Delivering actionable profitability insights across products, channels, and operations
Elevate Organizational Performance
- Define and track productivity and performance benchmarks across teams
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, cost structure, and resource allocation
Ensure Financial Excellence
- Oversee accounting operations, reporting, and compliance with precision and discipline
- Maintain strong audit and regulatory relationships
- Continuously improve processes, controls, and financial infrastructure
Lead and Build the Function
- Own Finance and Accounting outcomes end-to-end
- Develop and mentor a high-performing team
- Create structure, clarity, and accountability within the function
- Influence across the organization even without direct authority

What You Bring
- 8–10 years of progressive finance/accounting leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect financials to strategy
- Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and accounting operations
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional outcomes
- Experience building teams, improving processes, and leading through change
