What You’ll Do
- Guide patients through their surgical journey with empathy and confidence.
- Educate patients about surgical procedures and premium lens options.
- Handle financial discussions and obtain signed consents.
- Coordinate surgery dates and follow-up care with physicians.
- Schedule in-office procedures and manage all related paperwork.
- Answer patient questions pre- and post-surgery.
- Ensure accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record system.
- Travel between our Monmouth County locations as needed.
- A people-person with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Surgical counseling experience required—ophthalmology experience is a plus.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident using computer systems and EHR platforms.
- Team player with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, patient-first environment.
