Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- No rotating shifts
- Paid holidays, no waiting period

Work Environment:
- Morgantown, PA
- Primary work environment is an indoor service and maintenance shop, with occasional interaction in the shop area as needed
- Fast paced Service Center supporting emergency vehicles
Key Job Duties:
- Oversee administrative functions including answering phones, greeting customers, distributing mail, ordering office supplies, and processing credit card payments
- Update and complete required reports including Salesforce, CDL tracking, company credit card reconciliation, and reimbursement submissions
- Process payroll for the assigned location by correcting errors associated with CDK technician time reports
- Create repair orders with appropriate task lines of repair
- Create parts quotes and estimates for needed repairs
- Identify and research requested parts and create purchase orders to obtain required components
- Receive stock, pick, ship, and return items while overseeing the Service Center’s overall inventory
- Process all parts invoices and credits within CDK and forward pre-invoiced items weekly to Accounting for payment
- Perform cycle counts of inventory in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Pre-invoice internal and external customer work orders within CDK to ensure accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe parts room
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in an administrative, service, or parts role, preferably in a dealership or heavy duty environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience with CDK or similar service management systems preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting systems
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening
