Customer Service/Sales/Warehouse

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

· Provide accurate quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders.

· Entering sales orders from walk-in customers, email and the phone.

· Answer phones quickly in a professional and friendly manner.

· Credit card processing for web orders and credit card customers.

· Lift maximum of 50 lbs.

· Assist with calibrations of various items.

· Assist customers with filling orders in the warehouse.

· Adhere to company work schedule and dress code.

· Shipping and receiving LTL, UPS and USPS.

· Take inventory and label shelves to minimize shortage.

· Call vendors on a daily basis to make sure they have received our P.O.’s.

· Filing of daily paperwork and submitting morning paperwork to corporate.

· Provide accurate quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders.

· Entering sales orders from walk-in customers, email and the phone.

· Drive the forklift safely after completing certified driving course.

· Good driver’s license. Must be approved by our insurance company.

· Make small deliveries with a pickup truck.

· Able to work O.T. if needed.

· Able to attend local trade shows.

· Must pass ongoing, unannounced drug tests.

Hours: Monday through Friday 0800-1700 with 1 hour for lunch.
